                                   Alain Pinel, Saratoga

     We specialize primarily in Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and Willow Glen.  We lived in Sunnyvale for 3 years, Cupertino for 10 years, and Saratoga for 19 years where we raised our two daughters, both Saratoga High School graduates.  Since 2007 we have lived in Willow Glen, but remain in Alain Pinel's Saratoga office where we have worked for the past eight years.  We are active equally in listings and buyers. Kandis does the staging for our listings and Richard the marketing and negotiations.  Kandis specializes in previewing homes for our buyer clients and Richard bringing to the table a strong negotiating strategy that has consistently made it possible for our clients to get the house of their dreams!  Since 2003 we have sold over 70 homes!

     For our buyer clients we cover a much broader area throughout the western half of the Santa Clara Valley, the lower Peninsula, and the San Ramon/Dublin, Pleasanton areas.

     Richard and Kandis as a husband and wife team, give their clients the benefit of

1+1 = 3.  Embracing the male and female perspective in real estate is very important, and it  allows us to offer to the seller and the buyer a level of service and expertise that is not otherwise possible. 

     Our philosophy is very hands on - our clients never doubt that we are hard at work every day working in their behalf.  This means that we limit ourselves, simply due to there not being enough hours in the day, to carrying a load of no more than four properties at any given time.  Ask for our testimonials.
